Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kentucky (or compact eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
- Experience working with neurological, orthopedic, or post-surgical patient populations
