Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM Start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and specific scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a different rate
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (may include Charge RNs or Leads)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments
• Experience working within large health system environments
