Summary iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Physical Therapist Assistant for our client, a leading physical rehabilitation and wellness provider. This is a Direct Hire Full-Time role, working in an in-facility setting, offering an annual salary of $90,000.

• Compensation: $90,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing

• Implement physical therapy programs and individual recovery plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient physical abilities.

• Deliver compassionate, direct therapy treatments tailored to the individual needs of older adults and facility residents.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Rehab and interdisciplinary clinical staff to achieve holistic care goals.

• Evaluate total patient well-being and make timely referrals to supportive care services when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to maintain a caring, supportive, and compassionate environment.

• Adapt treatment approaches across varied in-facility activities to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

• Licensure: Active state license or eligibility for PTA licensure in the state of practice.

• Skillset: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, adaptability to patient needs, and a dedication to patient-centered care.

• Experience Level: Open to both experienced Physical Therapist Assistants and New Graduates looking for structured clinical mentorship.
