Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Nights: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and rotating holidays | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit across rotating day and night shifts
- Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
- Comfort working rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
