Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly | 8-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
• Adhere to unit protocols and pass a required day-one competency assessment upon arrival at orientation
• Float to a nearby affiliated hospital location as needed to support staffing requirements
• Maintain no more than 3 days of requested time off for the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• EPIC proficiency required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Must be willing and able to float to an affiliated hospital location as needed
• Must successfully pass a day-one competency test (one attempt only) administered at orientation
• Must complete Relias onboarding assessments (up to 2 attempts) prior to onsite testing
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or level-of-care ICU environment
• Familiarity with competency-based onboarding processes and clinical assessments
• Flexibility and adaptability to float assignments within a health system
