Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Meet a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Deliver outpatient care in a clinic setting without floating to other locations

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred
• Experience treating general orthopedic conditions
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
