Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the clinic
• Work within a structured day-shift schedule with expected weekly hours up to 40 hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic patient populations
• Comfort working in a productivity-driven, high-volume clinical environment
