Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 3 weekend shifts per schedule period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk antepartum and OB/GYN patients on a 25-bed High Risk OB unit
• Manage variable patient ratios (1:1 through 6:1) depending on patient acuity and census
• Administer and monitor magnesium drips and other high-acuity medications
• Circulate C-sections and support vaginal deliveries and bereavement care
• Document accurately using Connect and Expanse electronic health record systems
• Float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery units as needed per float policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• AWHONN certification required
• Demonstrated ability to circulate C-sections and manage labor and delivery patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High-risk antepartum nursing experience
• Experience with magnesium drip administration and monitoring
• GYN nursing experience
• Familiarity with bereavement care protocols in an OB setting
