Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate individualized patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Serve as a professional resource person for patients, families, and care team members
- Apply knowledge of patient care principles relative to the ages of patients served
- Demonstrate self-motivation and professionalism in all aspects of nursing practice
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or compact eligibility
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible (in-state travelers are not considered unless this radius requirement is met)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
