Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients across a diverse caseload including post-operative cases, total joint replacements, neck and back pain, spine rehabilitation, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and deliver one-on-one patient care
• Utilize manual therapy techniques when clinically appropriate
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document care accurately using an EMR system
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• American Heart Association BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy experience or advanced training
