Respiratory Therapist Tech – Nights

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (18:30–07:00) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Expected 36 hours/week | 15-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous airway management across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
• Manage and support ventilator and non-invasive ventilator therapy, including PB 980, PB 840, V60, and Para Pac Transport Vent equipment
• Deliver all aspects of respiratory care, including physician consulting and CPR
• Utilize computerized charting and Pyxis medication management systems

Required Qualifications

• Active State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License required by assignment start date
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Ability to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
• No first-time travelers; prior travel assignment experience required
• Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
