Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Includes Weekend Rotation | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / CCU setting within a community hospital environment
• Participate in weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Participate in the on-call rotation, with an expected 1 call shift per 2-week period
• Float to Acute Care / Med-Surg units as needed based on facility demands
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control requirements including mandatory flu vaccination (required October 1st through April; no declinations accepted)

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of RN Critical Care experience
• Strong CCU clinical skills
• Flu vaccination required for assignments running October 1st through April; no declinations accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a smaller or independent community hospital setting
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association
• Familiarity with floating between critical care and medical-surgical units
