Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a primarily orthopedic patient population, including vestibular, work comp, sports, and pelvic health cases
• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within clinic workflow
• Float between clinic locations in the Shippensburg and Chambersburg areas as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic, vestibular, sports, work comp, or pelvic health patient populations
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
