Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preoperative and recovery care for GI patients in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
- Assist with and support GI procedures including EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCPs, bronchoscopies, and ION procedures
- Operate and work alongside GI-specific equipment used in a dedicated GI lab environment
- Float to Pre-op and PACU areas as needed
- Participate in weekday and weekend call rotation shared among unit staff
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- Demonstrated experience with preoperative and recovery care of GI patients
- Hands-on experience with GI procedures (EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCPs, bronchoscopies)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a dedicated GI or endoscopy lab setting
- Familiarity with ION procedures
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment
