Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Position Title: Emergency Room RN
Location: Ocala, FL
Shifts Available: Mixed (Rotating Weekends), Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room RN to join our team. In this role, you will care for patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes sound decisions under pressure, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Manage multiple cases while prioritizing patient needs

• Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)

• Florida RN license or approved multistate license (compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation)

• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree required

• ACLS within 90 days of start

• BLS within 30 days of start

• ENPC within 6 months of start

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start

• PALS within 90 days of start

• Paramedic experience is a plus

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary: $32.00 – $40.00 (10 years’ experience) – up to $48.00 (17+ years)

• Night differential: $4.25/hour

• Weekend differential: $3.00/hour (Fri 11PM – Sun 11PM)

• Sign-On Bonus: $10K for Days / $15K for Nights
