- Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Supervising an amazing group of PTAs.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
- Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
- Current CPR certification.
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
