Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to lead the day-to-day operations and management of our Electrophysiology (EP) Labs. As the lead individual for interactions with electrophysiologists, anesthesia providers, EP vendors, schedulers, nursing clinical supervisors, and other key resources, you will be responsible for establishing guidelines, protocols, policies, and competencies that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EP Team and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective operational flow • Establish and maintain guidelines, protocols, policies, and competencies that meet industry standards • Manage staffing resources, operational supplies, inventory, new products, and medications • Maintain AHA (American Heart Association) BLS and ACLS certification every two years • Pursue advanced clinical certification or obtain within two years of employment • Act as a mediator in conflict situations and prioritize accomplishment of goals and objectives • Address staff performance issues and provide mentoring • Anticipate problems and resolve issues in an organized and effective manner • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital departments • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with physicians, risk management, medical staff services, surgical services, anesthesia, and other key stakeholders • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams and priorities

Requirements:

• NASPE certification preferred • Graduate of an approved paramedic, LPN, or cardiovascular technology program • At least three years of experience as a staff member in the EP Lab • Leadership experience preferred • Ability to maintain AHA BLS and ACLS certification every two years • Willingness to pursue advanced clinical certification or obtain within two years of employment

Work Schedule:

• Primary day shift hours, Monday-Friday • Additional hours may be required to meet department needs, including Saturdays and holidays
