Schedule:

• Variable shifts
• 3 days per week
• 12 hours per shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a long-term care facility. This 13-week temporary assignment offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of [insert state]
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
