Location: Springer, New Mexico
Schedule:
- Shifts: Nights
- Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and maintain patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
