**Physical Therapy Assistant** **Location:** Danbury, Connecticut We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This is a full-time, day shift position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans * Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate records * Assist with exercise programs and modalities * Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and goals * Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care **Requirements:** * Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent * Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Basic life support certification (BLS) **Schedule:** * 5-day workweek, day shifts (Monday through Friday) * 8 hours per shift * 40 hours per week **Note:** This is a temporary opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our client's team.
