Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF **Location:** Albuquerque, NM **Schedule:** Nights **Job Type:** Full-time **Specialty:** Long-Term Care/Senior Living **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living facility • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Develop, maintain, and update patient records and documentation • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team **Required Qualifications:** • Current RN licensure in the state of NM • Experience working in LTC/SNF setting preferred • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Note: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
