Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time - Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to 1-30 residents in a long-term care setting • Administer medications to residents, as needed, with minimal assistance • Complete training and orientation before starting work on the floor • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications:
• Current LVN/LPN license • Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents as needed • Basic life support certification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medication administration and documentation procedures
