Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to physicians, and document findings in medical records

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in CPR and First Aid • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary state and federal certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical records management and documentation • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
