Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Location: Great Bend, KS Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in the home health setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Educate patients and families on self-care and disease management • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas • 1+ year of experience in med-surg, home health, or inpatient settings • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with home health care management software • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations • BLS certification
