Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care facilities and skilled nursing facilities • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of ND • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
