Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Hayward, CA Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans • Conduct patient assessments, record progress, and update treatment plans • Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and other therapies to aid in recovery • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of California
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a physical therapy setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
