Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical disabilities and injuries to promote mobility, strength, and function. • Develop and implement personalized exercise programs to help patients achieve their treatment goals. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient management. • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, safety guidelines, and home care instructions. • Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin. • Certification in specialized areas, such as orthopedics or neurology, is a plus.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with patients with complex conditions, such as stroke or spinal cord injury. • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current research in physical therapy. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
