Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Albuquerque, NM

Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management techniques

Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NM • BSN degree or equivalent required; MSN degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF setting or equivalent experience in acute care

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with geriatric populations • Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices • Certification in gerontological nursing or a related field (e.g. CNG, CEN)
