Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address mobility, strength, and function goals • Implement evidence-based interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of New Jersey • Certification in physical therapy (e.g., PT, DPT)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation principles • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
