Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Shrewsbury, NJ Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote mobility, strength, and function
Required Qualifications: • Professional experience in skilled nursing facilities • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey • Certification in geriatric physical therapy or related field (optional)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with geriatric or post-acute populations • Familiarity with rehabilitation software and electronic medical records
