Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Observation Unit, including triaging acute care patients and identifying life-threatening rhythms • Perform various medical procedures, such as glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, dressing changes, and EKGs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Utilize advanced skills to manage complex patient cases, including peritoneal dialysis

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee • Advanced skills in neuro and cardiac care • ACLS, NIH, and EKG rhythm certification required • BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units preferred • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical terminology
