Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Alabama • Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
