Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Chino, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Day shifts, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy interventions.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or specialized therapy settings.
• Bilingual abilities a plus but not required.
