Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Montclair, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
