LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Siler City, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, Night shifts, local only—every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Assist with daily living activities and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient responses accurately
- Follow healthcare protocols and ensure compliance with state and facility regulations
- Support residents' emotional and physical comfort, promoting a positive environment
Required Qualifications:
- Valid LVN or LPN license in North Carolina
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience with geriatric or long-term care residents
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
