Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Day shifts / Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and functional ability
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
• Ability to work with new graduates and adapt to diverse patient needs
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and rehabilitation techniques

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
