Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a rehabilitation and geriatric care setting.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assist in patient evaluations and monitor progress under supervision.
• Ensure documentation of treatment sessions and patient responses.
• Support overall patient care in a skilled nursing environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado PTA license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent PTA experience in a rehab or geriatric setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
