Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, shift-based (12-hour night shifts with flexibility for other shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient statuses and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Occasionally float to other departments based on qualification and institutional needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Moderate Sedation certification (possible to obtain post-hire through the facility, costs may apply)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics, and Intensive Care units
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in diverse ICU environments, including emergency and pediatric care
- Ability to adapt to floating between departments and handle various patient loads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams
