Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and care standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Proven experience in cardiac or med-surg nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with cardiac procedures, telemetry, or ICU setting.
• Knowledge of Meditech or similar EMR systems.
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to patient needs and emergencies.
