Full-time | 13-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Neurointerventional Radiology unit, supporting procedures such as fluoroscopy of the spine and head, cerebral embolization, thrombectomy, AVM embolization, and carotid stenting.
• Assist during interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assist with post-procedure care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate with interventional radiology team to ensure adherence to protocols and patient care standards.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in neuro interventional radiology or related interventional procedures.
• Ability to work a full day shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and handle on-call/weekend responsibilities as required.
• Strong patient care orientation with a focus on safety and empathy.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in neurointerventional or interventional radiology settings.
• Familiarity with Siemens Artis Icono 2.0 Biplane equipment.
• Knowledge of Meditech and MergeHemo EMR systems.

Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Duration: 13 weeks.
