Key Responsibilities
• Evaluates, treats, and monitors patient progress, adjusting therapy programs and goals as needed.
• Performs thorough clinical documentation and ensures timely entry of charges, with knowledge of reimbursement processes.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, departmental colleagues, and the healthcare team.
• Provides education to patients, families, and staff.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
• Maintains compliance with organizational, federal, and state regulatory guidelines.
• Continually advances clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and evidence-based practice.
• Contributes to team knowledge development and supports system goals.

Required Qualifications
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license/license eligibility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to consider new graduates.
