Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor a diverse patient population from neonatal to geriatric, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and adjust therapy programs.
• Perform detailed clinical documentation and ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Stay current with clinical practices through ongoing education, literature review, and evidence-based approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer).
• Will accept new graduates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Proficient in computer systems and rehabilitation equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
