Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy services for children birth to age 5.
• Collaborate with ECSE teams in center-based and community preschool/childcare settings.
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for young children.
• Support children’s communication, language, and speech development.
• Document progress and communicate with parents and educational teams.
• Work within school and community programs to promote developmental goals.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children birth to 5 years old.
• Ability to work in a school or preschool setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time during the school year.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in early childhood special education (ECSE) environments.
• Familiarity with community preschool and childcare programs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
