Job Title

• Therapy/Rehabilitation - OT SNF

• Battle Ground, WA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract or direct hire (with potential for conversion), 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of skilled patients in a SNF setting
• Manage 9-13 cases, with potential for caseload growth
• Collaborate with a COTA to support patient care and treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions aligned with patient needs and facility protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State occupational therapist license
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in SNF or long-term care settings (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and willingness to support a growing caseload
