ICU Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform advanced life support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Current, valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in trauma or pediatric ICU settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
