Key Responsibilities

• Assist in complex electrophysiology (EP) procedures, including ablations using Carto and Ensite systems, and PFA technology.
• Support the implantation and management of devices such as pacemakers and loop recorders.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure smooth operation of EP labs during daily cases.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments and equipment for procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation for each case.
• Work closely with RNs and physicians, typically in a team of 2 techs and 1-2 RNs per case.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of electrophysiology (EP) lab experience or 3+ years of interventional experience.
• Certification as either a CVT with RCES or an Interventional Technologist with ARRT certification.
• Familiarity with EP lab equipment, including Carto and Ensite systems, and PFA technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting complex ablation procedures.
• Knowledge of Cardiology or Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Certification or training in advanced cardiac device management.
