Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their daily functioning and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and techniques.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification in the state of Illinois.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and assessments.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
