Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to physician referrals and treatment plans.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans accurately within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment for patients.
• Complete required documentation with ATI outside of initial clearance process before starting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and performing physical therapy procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of equipment provided during interview.
• Must be able to start on 12/22.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with ATI credentialing requirements.
