• Full-time, Night shifts, Contract (13 weeks), Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry management, and respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina or state of practice.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive care or stepdown nursing experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
