• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Support patient recovery goals through personalized therapy approaches

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Strong understanding of speech therapy techniques and patient care regulations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in a SNF setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
